The living area boasts tasteful and stylish interior decor that makes this a beautiful space in which to relax, socialize or work. After a long day of exploring the city, take the weight off your feet on the sofa and truly feel at home!
Move through to the kitchen and you’ll find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal if you don't fancy exploring some of the great local restaurants and pubs nearby. All the appliances are modern and easy to use, including a hob, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, and a dishwasher ! You will also have coffee, tea, sugar and dishwasher tablets waiting for you !
The bedroom downstairs has a super comfortable double bed with fresh hotel-quality linens. The ground floor has a very cosy double bed on the mezzanine and a sofa that converts into a double sofa bed. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in.
You can freshen up in the well-appointed bathroom where you can wake up in the morning to an energizing shower. There is also a hairdryer for your convenience. Shower gel, soap and shampoo are provided! Some white fluffy towels will be waiting for you on the heated towel rail.
The apartment will be well heated and professionally cleaned before your stay, and Internet and Netflix are included.
Guest accessYou will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

It is amazing. You are in the heart of the city of lights, in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the city , only few minutes walk away from the renowned Luxembourg gardens, the famous Saint-Germain des Prés neighborhood and its many boutiques, the Montparnasse district and its striking Catacombs.
The apartment is located in the charming 6th arrondissement of Paris.
The Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood: it has it all! location, buzz, romance, a bohemian past, luxury shopping, art galleries, as well as famous monuments, historic churches and of course its iconic cafes, where intellectuals like Sartre and Hemingway used to hang out back in the day. Perhaps best of all is its access to the Luxembourg Gardens, Paris's best-loved park and a great place to relax in between hectic sightseeing.
The Montparnasse neighborhood: Having previously been the home of Pablo Picasso, the Montparnasse district has a lot of history and a longstanding association with arts and literature. One of the most striking places to visit in the neighborhood is actually hidden beneath the surface. The Catacombs are miles of underground tunnels containing the remains of Parisians from throughout the century and they make for an eerie but extraordinary visit. For one of the best views in Paris, you need to get to the top of the Tour Montparnasse, the second tallest building in the city (behind the Eiffel Tower) and central Paris’ only real skyscraper. The observation deck sits on the 56th floor and offers incredible views over the city, including the Eiffel Tower nearby.
Close to many transports and convenience stores, this neighborhood is very lively and you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Indeed, you will find supermarkets, banks and pharmacies just near the house. You will also enjoy a very easy access to all Paris districts with various tube stations only few minutes’ walk away from home.
