House Rules
- Check-in time is 3 PM Paris time and check-out time is 11 AM. No early check-ins or late check-outs unless agreed upon with owners.
- Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
- We request payment be made through our Stripe online secure payments. Full amount to be made at time of booking. By submitting payment, you have automatically agreed to the terms therein.
- Conditions of cancellation: Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation was made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation and at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. Beyond that, a 50% refund will be given up to 7 days before arrival. No refunds will be made after this period.
- Guests must accept the rules of the house, especially not to have parties, to respect the neighborhood by limiting the noise from 10 pm, not to smoke...
